    Whilst the cottage was well fitted out and quite charming and the beds were comfortable, there were some issues. It rained heavily and rain came in on the porch wall, flooding the laundry and part of the kitchen. The towels were threadbare, the teapot is dangerous as it leaked badly from the handle( should be thrown out). Also most of the mugs and cookware needed washing before use.
    All in all , okay but not great for the cost of accomodation

    My Husband and I loved it, we love quirky, old charm places or any place that fits into the area. Ample space and it was peaceful either reading the paper on the front verandah or watching TV by the fire. Thanks Bill.

    We had to cancel at the last minute due to Covid restrictions. Unfortunately the management wouldn't engage with us or respond in any way regarding a refund. So we were unhappy. And poorer!
